Leftovers
I looked in my fridge and saw that I had romaine lettuce leftover from my lunches for the week (see Day 1 Meal 2 post) and ground turkey, guacamole, and bell peppers leftover from my Nachos last night. I decided to combine the two to make ground turkey lettuce wraps. I put the guacamole down first to help the ground turkey stay in the leaf and cut up the bell peppers into tiny pieces and sprinkled them on top. Super yummy and no food goes to waste!
