Round 3 | 03/14/19-04/12/19
Round 3 is off and running! I took about 6 days off in between rounds 2 and 3 and as a result I feel even more motivated for this third round! I'm only 1 pound heavier than where I ended round 2 and I'm working hard to get back to that number and start losing more weight!
Per our usual my husband and I went grocery shopping Friday night and I always enjoy snacking on some pork bites (see below) on the way home. Saturday morning the whole family went for a 2 mile walk then I went to the mall and got a sudden pang of hunger so I grabbed lunch at Chipotle. Saturday afternoon my husband and I went to the movies armed with seltzer waters and plantain chips.
Another thing I'm excited for this round is exercise! I don't have a gym membership and only run outside. Now that the weather is improving I am looking forward to running outside more, have two 5k's scheduled, and a 10-miler at the end of April to train for! I'm hoping the increased exercise will help my weight loss even further.
