Round #1 Results | 01/02-01/31

Well, the results are in! 



I lost 9.4 pounds, my BMI decreased by 1.5 points, and my body fat % decreased by 1%. Also, my blood pressure decreased from 122/89 down to 113/83.

I'm starting round #2 on Tuesday 02/05. Some things I want to work on for round #2:
1. Eat more vegetables.
2. Incorporate exercise.
3. Incorporate intermittent fasting.
