It is finally here! Day 1 of the first round of Whole30. I already feel more in control knowing I have a set of rules to follow for the next 30 days. My husband and I are doing a big grocery trip this weekend but for now I had a few things in the freezer that are Whole30 compliant plus the help of Chipotle and Dunkin Donuts!
BREAKFAST - medium cold brew from Dunkin Donuts
Okay, so this isn't my typical breakfast on Whole30 but until I go to Trader Joe's this weekend it will have to do.
LUNCH - Chipotle (double chicken, double pork, lettuce, guacamole).
Chipotle offers a lot of Whole30 compliant menu items that can be combined to fit your taste. I hate feeling hungry so I often double up on my meat portions at Chipotle.
DINNER - herbed pork stew from the Whole30 Slow Cooker cookbook.
