Home Stretch!

I can't believe Thursday is my last full day of Round #1 of Whole30! The morning after my last full day is the weight I use as my "final weigh-in" so stats will be coming at some point on Friday. This round went by so fast! I'm all ready appreciative of the progress I made, am ready for a fun weekend in Nashville, and eager to get going on Round #2 starting Monday February 4th.

My breakfast today: Black coffee, banana, Trader Joe's crunchy almond butter, and strawberries.
