What's In Your Food?

When doing Whole30 you're not supposed to count calories and just let the pure/whole foods send the appropriate signal to your brain and tell you when to stop eating.

I'm a naturally curious person so I like to see the breakdown of my food and see exactly what I'm putting into my body each day. MyFitnessPal is great for this as it breaks down what you eat by calories, protein, fat, carbs, sugar, etc.

Below is a sample of what I ate today, 01/14/2019. What little sugar I'm consuming is coming in naturally from fruits and vegetables, which is great! Also, if you've read "It Starts With Food" you know that you want to avoid Polyunsaturated Fats, so I love seeing that "0" at the end of the day!
