Round #3 Summary and Grand Totals
The results are in! This has been another successful round of Whole30 for my husband and I. Please see below for data from round #3 and all rounds totaled

Round #3: 04/02/18-05/01/18
6.8 pounds = Weight Loss
2.0 points = BMI Decrease
1.8 percent = Body Fat Decrease
Round #1 through Round #3: 01/02/18-05/01/18
29.2 pounds = Weight Loss
4.6 points = BMI Decrease
3.2 percent = Body Fat Decrease
*Body Fat feature on scale was not working during rounds one and two, but I had a starting body fat % which is how I was able to calculate the decrease once the feature began working again.
So what is next? Although I can't commit to 30 consecutive days in the month of May I am going to continue to eat Whole30 M-F, be extremely cautious on the weekends, and continue to run outside 3x per week. I still have another 19 pounds or so to lose before I am back to my "normal" weight, so theres lots of motivation left to keep going and stay on track. My husband and I are such great motivators for each other as well I know we'll both continue to be successful in the months to come!
As for the first day off of round #3 of Whole30... Its going to be in the 80s today and you better believe I'll be sitting in my back yard, grilling a Whole30 dinner, and sipping on a cold beer. Cheers!
