Remain Positive
With only 6 days left of this round of Whole30 and this round being quite bizarre/not like the other rounds I am trying to focus on the positives.
This round of Whole30 has been weird. I gained more weight in between rounds than I had intended (7 pounds to be exact) due to going on a vacation and then not going grocery shopping upon returning from the vacation. It took me 9 days to lose the weight gained in between round #2 and #3 and then I plateaued for 9 days after that! It has only been in the past week that I have actually started to lose weight BELOW THE WEIGHT I ENDED ROUND #2 AT. So, basically, the first three weeks felt like I was playing catch-up instead of actually losing REAL weight.
With that being said, let's focus on the positive! I've pushed through the plateau I was in last week, I'm losing weight, the weather is gorgeous, I've already gone running OUTSIDE 3x this week, and I've changed up my food menu to help "shock" my body. I feel good, people at work are telling me I look good, and all I can do is bust my butt for the remaining 6 days and see what results I get!
*Two Trader Joe's Chili Lime Chicken Burgers, half an avocado, half a raw zucchini, and seltzer.
*Just got back from a 2 mile run. Feelin good!
