Round #3 Day #1
Before we started round #1 of Whole30 I never imagined I'd be on my third round and excited to "get back to normal." My husband and I have described ourselves as "lost" over the past 10 days in between round #2 and round #3. We have made such incredible progress during the first two rounds we don't want to lose any momentum and just dive right back in to what we know works for us. It has been a fun 10 days, but there is more work to be done.
I am once again feeling bloated and like my stomach has a bunch of rocks in it. It typically takes a week for this feeling to go away and for me to feel like I'm making progress again. To help with this process I am eating this week what I ate during my most successful week during round #2.
BREAKFAST

Two Trader Joe's Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

DINNER
Trader Joe's Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage (not pictured).
During round #2 I lost 3.5 pounds in one week and this was my menu during that week. I don't expect that level of weight loss during week 1 of this round but I just remember feeling great during that time and wanted to start round #3 off right!
Round #3, here we go!
